- Court convenes 9:30 a.m.
- Civil actions are scheduled directly through the judge’s office. Clerk is notified of hearing by letter from counsel.
- Orders are received by court and legal through the RMS system.
- Misdemeanor Appeals – Third Wednesday of February, May, August, November.
- Civil/Juvenile Appeals – First Thursday, February, May, August, November.
- Electronic filing of civil cases is available 24/7 but will be processed during normal business hours.
- Recordation of deeds is available in person, mail, or by e-recording. Recording hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays. Clients are encouraged to submit deed recordings electronically to avoid traveling to the Clerk’s Office.
- Financial transactions are accepted by the Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Online payment of criminal fines and costs can be made 24/7 but will be processed during normal business hours.
- All visitors to the courthouse are subject to security screening by Sheriffs deputies, with currently requires special COVID-19 safety protocols, before visitors may enter the courthouse.
